MindSpa Retreat Day for Women
A Spa for your mind – Recharge Your Batteries – Reboot Your Brain – Renew Your Outlook
It is a fantastic day, run by my colleague Katie and me, in the fabulous setting of Toddington Park, a Georgian Manor House set in 30 acres of private parkland, which is ours for the day.
The day includes four interactive wellbeing workshops on Building Your Resilience, Positive Approaches to Life, Challenging Limiting Beliefs and Creating New Positive Beliefs, Relaxation and Solution Focused Therapy, a luscious grazing lunch, cake, pastries, two post retreat follow up 1-1 calls – 1 x coaching and 1 x relaxation, plus access to lots of helpful resources on an online portal, so you can keep the magic going!

We finish the day at the firepit beside the lake, with blankets, hot chocolates and biscuits, throwing away what we wish to leave behind into the fire pit, and taking forward our goals for the future and our wellbeing toolkit from the day. (We will be back in contact after the day, so you can arrange your post retreat 1-1 coaching and 1-1 relaxation zoom calls, and keep the momentum going.)
Early bird is currently £275 all in. (Deposit to secure your place is £75.) We believe that people work better in small groups, so the maximum number of women is 12. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
The aim of the day is to help you feel relaxed, more positive about life, leaving with a goal, and a toolkit of ideas, exercises and information so you are ready to tackle the world.
