I was going through some midlife angst (not quite a crisis!) and felt that some external perspective would be helpful. I am so glad I did, and I am even more glad that it was Julia that I did it with! She offered a grounded soundboard on my situation.
I found it to be a really great way to unravel my thoughts, have them untangled and spoken back to me clearly. Her approach was enlightening and literally formed a spotlight that guided my next steps.
The feedback meant that I could get some real clarity and genuinely think about the action I needed to take to progress. I did not feel like she judged me or thought my problems were foolish, quite the opposite.
The regular sessions provided accountability and forced me to take time out to focus on myself every week, which was not as easy as I thought it would be! I learned some things about myself and developed a few habits that I know I will use over and over again.
Julia is not only approachable and easy to chat to she has a huge knowledge and experience and offers good workable ideas that were tailored to suit my situation and personality. I was sorry when my 8 weeks were finished and would absolutely recommend her to anybody going through a life changing event.

I can’t thank Julia enough for her coaching and expertise. I was in a very low place in terms of mental and physical health, with additional work conflicts, before I started my coaching sessions with Julia. Each session I felt supported and listened to, as Julia guided and challenged me to recognise the positives, however small, as steps forward. She has enabled me to understand the importance of self care and creativity for individual well being, resilience and growth.
I now have a gratitude diary, a flexible fitness routine, and a kinder attitude to myself and my achievements. All of these are just part of my personal tool kit to ensure that I have strategies to help me in my next life chapter. None of which I would have had without the support, and challenge from Julia as an experienced positive coach.
To be honest, I now have a different mindset from 6 months ago. I feel I am ready for the year ahead. Julia does challenge your past thoughts and assumptions. However, she supports and enables you, through positivity and addressing concerns through coaching practical ideas. Thank you Julia.
I was introduced to Julia in 2014. I had never received coaching prior to meeting her, I was skeptical that anyone could be of help to me with all my mental blocks.
Julia had delivered positive mental wellbeing workshops which I attended. I found it inclusive, she held space for me where appropriate. Julia helped me conquer challenging beliefs of which I had once portrayed as true. She also helped me set realistic goals that I chose and held me accountable in order for me to thrive.
