I co-host a monthly Zoom Positive Psychology Discussion Group called Zoom and Bloom. Members join from across the world.
Each month we take a look at a Positive Psychology Topic such as Resilience, Positive Emotions, Meaning and Purpose, and we have a question for discussion. We share ideas, thoughts and resources. It is a fun, friendly informal peer support group.
